What we collect
When you submit the "Get free quotes" form, we collect your name, email, phone, ZIP code or city, the service you need, your description, your timeline, and the page you submitted from. Our host (Netlify) processes form submissions and standard server logs.
How we share it: up to 3 local contractors
With your consent, we share your request with up to 3 local contractors that serve your area and offer the service you chose. They may contact you by phone, text or email about your project. Contractors may pay us for these introductions. We do not sell your information to data brokers or share it with more than 3 contractors per request.
Your choices
To ask us to delete your request or stop sharing it, email info@ohiodrybasement.com. Contractors who have already received your request handle it under their own policies; you can ask them directly to stop contacting you.
Retention
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to connect you with contractors and keep basic records.
